Helped an AI startup struggling to get off the ground

An AI startup with multi-modal sincerity and sentiment analysis capabilities was having trouble finding product market fit.

This looks like a job for...
The call went up for a fractional CXO (Product & Experience) to swoop in to delivery a product roadmap and design the entire product experience. But to really push the organization to the next level a hero that could also provide the lift of a complete rebrand and developing a new website was needed.
Research
Leveraging a variety of powers to conducted market, industry, competitor and customer research to evaluate the product direction and other markets/verticals the technology could fly into. The hero called on a network of potential target customers to evaluate findings and get feedback on early concepts.
Strategy
The horizon was becoming clearer and the elusive product market fit was in sight. At super speed a prioritized roadmap was assembled with fellow heros (Chief of AI and Lead Engineer) that balanced the load between highest value and technical dependencies. In the distance another AI company with the same name/brand was spotted, necessitating a full rebrand before the company could launch.
Design
The hero flexed all their design muscles from visual design, content design and UX design to get the brand, website and new product designs together, working closely with fellow heros on the team to ensure feasibility.
User Testing
Rapid usability testing led the hero to make some corrections to the UI trajectory around certain key moments where the user interacted with the AI. By the second round of testing the organization was well on its way to the heights it could achieve with beta customers.
Outcome
The hero was hit with his only weakness, a lack of time, the company wanted to explore multiple product market fit directions simultaneously. Even at super speed the hero could not keep with that many launches with a fractional engagement. Even at that, the initial product/brand was well thought out with a roadmap that matched the small pool of funds the company had available to gain traction with beta clients in a very short amount of time.
